Hydraulic fracturing is a type of well stimulation treatment to improve production in a well. The reservoir is cracked open by pumping fluid at a high pressure. Proppant is pumped with the fluid to provide a highly permeable path for hydrocarbons to flow.
Acid & Cementing Service, Inc. (A&C) has a wide range of equipment, fluid systems, and proppants for frac jobs. A & C can complete frac jobs up to 10,000 psi treating pressure and 60 bpm rate. A &C performs slickwater, linear gel, crosslink gel, energized (nitrogen), and emulsified frac jobs.
A & C has frac pumps ranging from 600 HP triplex pumps to 2,250 HP quintuplex pumps. A & C also has auxiliary equipment including blenders, chem adds, data vans, high pressure iron manifold, hydration units, sand conveyors, and sand kings.
A & C has a custom engineered suite of fluid systems, chemical additives, and proppants. A & C will make a recommendation and work with the customer to determine the best stimulation treatment for the job.
